Introduction :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines is actively seeking a hotel facility in Metro Manila, Philippines that can provide the following requirements:

Function room:

 

Date: 13, 14 and 15 November 2023 

Time: 8am – 5pm 

Ballroom good for 80 pax (minimum guaranteed)

Meals: Whole-day Meeting Package 

Basic AVP with 4 microphones 

Round-table set-up

6 flip-charts

 

*This is a workshop. Preferably ballroom/function room with a lot of space

Kindly refer to the enclosed event checklist for the comprehensive breakdown of the event’s requirements. Your VAT-exclusive quotation should be submitted no later than Friday, 27 October 2023.
