Within delegated authority, the Consultant will be responsible to develop a Human Rights Due Diligence Training Package, according to UNGPs and Mozambican local context. This will include the following duties: Under delegated authority, the Consultant will be responsible for designing the curriculum, preparing training materials, and potentially conducting training sessions for target audiences. The training will likely cover international and regional BHR standards, practical methodologies for conducting human rights impact assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and establishing effective grievance mechanisms. The goal is to build the capacity of stakeholders to prevent and address human rights abuses linked to business operations, fostering a more responsible and human rights-respecting business environment in Mozambique.
