The Tribal Partnerships Program (“TPP”) is seeking a one-year Project Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience to support the team while a team member is on leave. Under the supervision of the Managing Attorney, the Project Attorney will support TPP’s litigation and legal advocacy. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours/week. The successful candidate may work remotely from the U.S. or on a hybrid schedule from one of Earthjustice’s offices and must be willing to travel as needed. We are seeking those who can begin in March 2026 and work for 12 months.
