About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. What’s on offer
It’s a part-time permanent role, working Sunday to Wednesday. We may be flexible with days for the right candidate – call us to talk about your availability!
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:
- An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave
- Ability to increaseyourtake-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more.
- 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
- 25% discount at Uniting Op Shops
About you
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
