About the role
Join our team and coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shops in Geelong West, Highton and Point Lonsdale. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, from locals to day trippers passing through, it’s lively and varied!
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising.
You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
