Rich in heritage, this menswear brand focuses on their craftsmanship and British marque to guarantee effortless style and confident simplicity.As an Operations and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the supply chain. You will be a part of the leadership team, working closely with international third parties to safeguard the brand’s overall efficiency.The Role:– Ensuring the efficient flow of inbound and outbound stock– Coordinating all shipments, assisting with import and VAT duties.– Maintaining close relationships with third parties and supporting with expansion into new territories– Managing stock reports across all online, retail, and wholesale platforms– Working closely with the Finance and Sales team, managing margins and costs.– Supporting the design and sustainability officer by implementing strategies that will aid consistent improvement.– Assisting the finance team raising invoices– Working closely on all POs with suppliersEssential Requirements:– Experienced with Shopify– Industry Knowledge– Effective communication and organisation skills– Dedicated team player– Forward thinking and willingness to learn– Engage hands-on and actively participate at all times.The Package:– Salary circa £32,000 per annum– Office based in Central London– 23 days holiday– Pension scheme– Cycle to work scheme.– Product discount– 2 days Charity Work – paid
