Do you have several years’ experience working in a busy team in a multi-tasking role?Are you IT-savvy and really good at processes and completing projects?Are you a motivated problem solver with high attention to detail?If the answer is yes; we’d love to hear from you.Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their operational team covering HR, Compliance and IT to support the Operations Manager with day to day processes.(5 days in office – 4 days in 1 WFH after probation period)What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Working closely with IT to coordinate the issue of standard IT kit, ensuring procedures are followed
- Working with HR on the onboarding of new joiners, processing leavers and CRM management
- Managing the security and access lists
- Taking ownership of staff distribution lists, liaising with HR, IT and Compliance
- Updating intranet sites
- Monitoring the Operations inbox and actioning as appropriate
- Working on special projects as required
- Providing administration support for Team Leader meetings; scheduling dates, agendas, attending meeting and producing meeting notes
- Providing admin support to the Operations Manager
- Liaising with colleagues and building strong working relationships across the London office
The skills you need to bring:
- 3+ years’ in a similar process driven role
- Hard working and proactive approach
- Professional attitude and complete discretion
- Advanced MS Office
- Desire to work as part of a close-knit team
- Fantastic attention to detail
Expected salary
£35000 – 38000 per year
