This Operations Coordinator role is pivotal in supporting the works of Parkville Institute improving the life trajectories of young children facing social disadvantage. By effectively managing operations, fostering strong relationships with funders, streamlining administrative processes and supporting strategic communications, the Operations Coordinator directly contributes to the successful implementation of life changing programs and initiatives.

The Role
The Operations Coordinator role is critical in driving organisational effectiveness and efficiency as the organisation grows. Responsibilities will include-
- Process development and implementation; proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage reporting requirements to support compliance with funders and regulatory bodies
- Maintain relationships with funders and service providers, including overseeing contract deliverables, reporting timelines and acquittal reports
- Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes and coordination of action items
- Coordinate diaries and meeting scheduling and manage travel arrangements for team members as needed, and support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff
What You Bring
As a hands-on experienced operations professional, you will bring strong organisational skills, a natural flair for and proven communication abilities combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing the operations of a small or medium-sized organisation and are looking for a new challenge.
You have strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
