ONCALL is seeking an SIL Operations Lead to join our team in Queensland!
Reporting to our General Manager – Operations, the Operations Lead will manage teams to ensure our Supported Independent Living service delivery expectations are met and that our focus remains on improving the quality of our clients’ lives.
In this role you can expect:
- To lead by example to motivate teams to achieve the best possible outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
- To oversee the practical day to day functioning of our SIL houses, day programmes, community participation and in home supports.
- To work collaboratively with all teams, families, and external stakeholders, in delivering complex and tailored individual support services.
- To oversee the supervision of staff and facilitate performance reviews and development plans.
- To ensure service quality standards and compliance are achieved consistently and that feedback, incident management and reporting is actioned in line with agreed timetables.
We will value:
- Qualifications in the Disability sector, and deep experience within the Specialist Disability Accommodation and NDIS sectors.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement/negotiation/advocacy skills, and proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and a commitment to an active support model and person-centred, individualised support.
