Operations Lead

Chichester Baptist Church is  an active and lively evangelical church drawing people from all over Chichester and the surrounding area.

The Operations Lead is a staff role within Chichester Baptist Church and the role holder will work with the Ministers and Staff Team to ensure the effective delivery of all operations and administration within the church, overseeing the operational structures and support systems that will enable the church to grow and develop.

This is a strategic, leadership role which will grow and develop as the church seeks to be missionally shaped.
