Are you looking to take on a new challenge?We so, we want to hear from you!Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our growing team in Sherburn in Elmet to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple new contracts including Pangaia and Sport Shoes. You will be a front-runner in enhancing employee engagement and their development whilst driving forward a culture of continuous improvement.Providing expert leadership and direction across the operation, you will be overseeing the delivery of a high-quality and safe service to our customers, whilst ensuring that we fulfil our responsibilities relating to the warehouse services of the contract whilst managing and developing the site management population in line with the contract requirements and customer expectations.This is a full-time, permanent position 4 on 4 off 0700-1900 or 1900-0700, however flexibility may be required during peak.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £49,000 per annum and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
