The Yakima Basin Fish and Wildlife Recovery Board is looking for a full-time Operations Manager to support our mission of protecting and restoring fish and wildlife across the Basin. If you’re an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys keeping teams running smoothly and projects on track, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll coordinate daily operations, support staff and Board activities, assist with financial and administrative management, and help ensure our conservation programs continue to thrive. We’re seeking someone who brings strong communication, project management, and organizational skills—and a passion for healthy ecosystems.
