Duties

• Take lead in making the organizational workflow efficient
• Manage email subscriber list & platform
• Onboarding and offboarding team members
• Create and manage feedback forms from various events and activities
• Manage payroll, assist with finances/budget
• Organize google drive & files & calendar
• Manage the organization of our Asana
• Note taking as needed
• Assist founder with
  • Monitoring 501c3 compliance
  • Drafting organizational policies and procedures
  • Fundraising efforts as needed
  • Manage grant spreadsheets & donor info
  • Apply for monthly grants from our grant sheet
  • Update donation portals & crowdsourcing platforms (GiveLively, GoFundMe, etc…)
  • Find new grants and sources of funding as needed/check
  • Manage grant reports for donors/granters
  • Auto responses to donors/donations

• Squarespace (Newsletter, Email list, Events)
• Social media platforms (Later, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
