About the role:

A pivotal member of the Housing Services leadership team, the new Operations Manager will lead the Community Housing team to provide quality service delivery and positive customer outcomes to our tenants and their household members.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the general divisional operational functions. About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Degree or higher in human services and/or management related fields;
  • Knowledge of the ‘Residential Tenancies Act’, Community Housing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements;
  • In depth knowledge and experience in social and affordable housing operations and Housing Pathways;
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the Not-for-profit (NFP) sector;
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and knowledge of community development principles;
  • Knowledge of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
  • A valid Drivers License and ability to travel occasionally to sites;
  • A First Aid Certificate;
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s values, mission and purpose.
