Operations Manager for the Digital Transformation Unit (DTU)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper conduct of operations: Ensure that all operations are conducted appropriately and cost-effectively
  • Legal compliance: Assist the organization’s processes in remaining compliant with the law
  • Formulation of objectives: Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Quality control and performance tracking: Conduct quality controls and monitor production performance indicators
  • Administrative and budgetary support: Provide administrative support, including budget management
  • Recruitment and supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Support procurement and planning: Assist with procurement and planning processes
  • Office organization: Organize office space within the Ministry of Health for the creation of the Digital Transformation Unit (DTU)
  • Coordination of legal work: Coordinate all legal work
  • Key Deliverables
  • Effective management of operations: Operations conducted appropriately and cost-effectively
  • Legal compliance: Organization’s processes comply with relevant laws
  • Achievement of objectives: Strategic and operational objectives are met
  • Quality assurance: Consistent quality controls and performance indicators tracked
  • Efficient administrative support: Budget is managed effectively, and administrative tasks are completed
  • Skilled workforce: Staff are recruited, trained, and supervised efficiently
  • Procurement and planning support: Smooth and efficient procurement and planning processes
  • Functional office space: Office space for DTU is organized and functional
  • Coordinated legal efforts: All legal work is coordinated effectively
