- 100K – 110K plus super & salary packing (depending on experience & qualifications)

The position
The purpose of this position is to provide operational leadership and management in provision of therapeutically informed and innovative Housing and Support residential and SIL services, achieving inclusion outcomes for individuals and families accessing the service.
The position is responsible for the effective implementation of the model of support consistent with agreed service objectives. The position will also review service provision in this program and develop and implement strategies to strengthen practices, culture and performance consistent with person-centred and self-directed approaches and community participation.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- An understanding of legislative, contractual and internal policy, practice and reporting requirements in the sector;
- Exposure to developing, facilitating and participating in community projects and strategies ;
- Ability to lead and manage workforce and workforce development initiatives through coaching and mentoring;
- Demonstrated knowledge of a range of community resources and support services;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse client groups;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to work well with MS Office applications, client and staff-related databases
- Demonstrated commitment to organisation’s Purpose and Principles.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects, preferably within Housing and/or Community
- Demonstrated ability to assume the key responsibilities required to manage the various projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence;
- NDIS worker screening check & a willingness to undertake a criminal history check with Annecto
- Ability to travel frequently to all Housing and Support sites across metro Melbourne
- Knowledge and understanding of issues relating to the provision of disability services, including:
- NDIS, SDA and SIL;
- Current government reform agendas;
- Funding contractual models;
