The Operations Specialist is a vital member of the Wildlife Restoration Foundation (WRF) Operations Team. Work to build WRF’s organizational capacity, resource base, and impact on North America’s park wildlife as you contribute your talents and experience to ensure WRF achieves conservation successes.

This position works closely with the Director of Conservation Operations to help provide operational and fundraising support for the entire organization and WRF-organized events like the North American Summit on Collaborating with Wildlife in the Park Gateways taking place February 2027 in Corpus Christi, Texas, and the 2nd North American Bison Summit (NABS2) taking place April 6-9, 2027 in Denver, Colorado. Please visit www.wildlifeandparks.org and www.nabsummit.org for more details on each Summit. After 2 months of proven performance as a volunteer, a modest stipend is available depending on need and performance.

Apply your talents and experience and learn and network with the wider North American conservation community as you perform these key responsibilities:

  • Implement organization-wide initiatives that support efficient and effective operations

WRF requests 8-10 hours per week (flexible schedule) and an agreement to work with WRF through September 2026 (extension available).
