Operations support assistant – part-time (0.5 FTE)

Carbon Market Watch is seeking a reliable, diligent and dynamic operations support assistant to help run our organisation smoothly and effectively. The operations support assistant will report to our executive director and liaise with the entire CMW team. The position is being created as a split-off from the finance assistant, who will maintain certain operational tasks related to financial management.

This position is for someone who has at least 3 years of experience, ideally in similar not-for-profit organisations.

Tasks and responsibilities fall under these 3 categories:

1. HR Support

2. Operations support

3. Governance support

Salary & Beneifts package: salary starting from €1,560 (for 3 years of relevant experience) gross/month based on 0.5 FTE, 13th month, meal vouchers, mobile phone package, public transport monthly allowance, home-working allowance, five days extra-legal holidays and 4-5 days office closure at end of December.
