Operations Volunteer
The Organization

in more than 70 countries.
The Opportunity:
This opportunity will be based in Amman and will support the procurement unit in its daily operations in order to realize the organizational strategic objectives. This requires a motivated, flexible, problem-solving with excellent analytical, communication skills and the ability to priorities activities and work to tight deadlines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement & Fleet
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Purchase Request Tracking Sheet (PRTS) and other procurement Tracking Sheets regularly;
- Review and establish an accurate supplier information database, including market prices for regularly purchased items;
- Check the quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items meet specified standards;
- Collaborate with the operations team to address any discrepancies in product quality or delivery;
- Support in preparing purchase orders, obtaining authorized signatures, and forwarding procurement documents to the Finance Department for payment processing.
- Assist in collecting invoices for vehicles fuel report in monthly basis.
- Support in preparing timesheets and overtime for drivers;
- Work collaboratively with the operations team members to fulfill duties as needed.
Documentation and Archiving:
- Update the database of service providers, ensuring proper archiving of all related documents;
- Conduct scanning of various procurement documents for digital records.
- File various documents, including tenders, reports, and contracts for easy retrieval and reference.
Warehouse Support:
- Provide assistance to the warehouse in stocktaking activities as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications:
University in any discipline field
Minimum Experience:
Fresh graduate
Skills
- Excellent command in using the MS Excel Analytical skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages
- Motivated and has initiative

Volunteering Conditions
Type of contract: volunteering agreement
Location: Amman – Jordan
Reports to: Operations Officer
