The department is building an applicant pool for temporary, part-time opportunities. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
Positions may include:
Assist with coaching an Intercollegiate Athletics Sport with the University of West Florida. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching student-athletes, video of games and practices, recruiting, and administrative duties as assigned.
-OR-
Assist with administrative duties in an Intercollegiate Athletics department with the University of West Florida. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, assisting with game operations during an athletic contest, athletic communications filming, writing, social media, and web material, working with donors and athletic events, student development and academic success, sports performance, and assisting athletic trainers in their daily operations of student-athlete rehabilitation and treatment.
Some positions may operate state vehicles and require a valid driver’s license.
Possible working titles: Football Assistant, Game Operations Assistant, Athletic Communications Assistant, Athletic Trainer Assistant, etc.
