We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Optometrist to join our client’s friendly and professional team, primarily based at their Banbury practice. This role will also involve occasional cover at another nearby location within the group.You will be joining an established and supportive team known for delivering exceptional customer service and clinical care. We’re looking for a team player who is passionate about providing personalised eye care and ensuring the best outcomes for every patient.About the Banbury Area:

The town also attracts a loyal patient base, adding to the stability and friendliness of the practice environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive eye examinationsProvide clinical advice and recommendations based on patient needsWork collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsMaintain accurate patient records in line with GOC guidelinesContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellent patient careRequirements:GOC-registered OptometristStrong clinical knowledge and confidence in recommending tailored solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using optical management systems (e.g., Optix or similar)A flexible and collaborative approach to work📞 Interested?
