In this role, you will play an essential part in a community-oriented practice that is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.Provide high-quality eye care, including comprehensive eye exams, prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and diagnosing eye conditions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and treatment.Collaborate with the team to create a positive, supportive environment for both staff and patients.Deliver personalised recommendations based on patient needs and preferences, ensuring the right solutions are offered.Stay up to date with the latest in clinical advancements and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.Contribute to the growth of the practice by ensuring patient satisfaction, referrals, and retention.Manage patient records and ensure compliance with all professional regulations and store policies.You’ll need to be a GOC registered Optometrist.Strong clinical judgment and a hands-on approach to patient care.A passion for building rapport with patients and the team.A desire to develop professionally, with ambitions for clinical excellence and leadership.A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the store’s success.Frequently Asked Questions:Q.
