Hours: 37 hours per week, Permanent, Flexible/Hybrid workingAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Fusion Support Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Fusion HR, Payroll, and Self-Service functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and external contractors, managing system upgrades, development projects, and daily triage meetings.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and related modules.
- Lead or participate in daily triage meetings and manage system incidents.
- Design, build, and maintain Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage or be the lead on Fusion-driven projects, delivering clear outcomes.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle technologies, including 3 years with Fusion in a support or implementation role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core, Payroll, and related modules.
- Skilled in SQL, Oracle Fast Formula, and troubleshooting HCM/Payroll incidents.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
