Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS) Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 implementation experience and a strong background in Customer Cloud Services (CCS) technical design and development.
Responsibilities:Technical Design and Development:
- Design and develop CCS components, including Java code, UI Maps, BPA (Business Process Automation) scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, and business objects (BOs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of CCS features.
Solution Design:
- Participate in client requirement workshops to understand business needs.
- Drive the solution design process, aligning technical solutions with client expectations.
Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
- Ensure clear communication of design decisions and implementation details.
Implementation and Testing:
- Implement CCS features based on technical documentation.
- Conduct unit testing to validate functionality and adherence to requirements.
Integration:
- Create real-time interfaces with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
- Proven development experience with Oracle CCS.
- Solid understanding of, and detailed experience with, Oracle platform and best practices.
- Comprehensive skills within Oracle Data Tools such as Data Loader and Import.
- Experienced writing well-documented code.
- Prior experience in configuration and process automation.
- Strong technical skills in CCS development, including Java, UI Maps, and scripting.
- Proven experience Integrating Oracle CCS with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
- Operating knowledge of complete Software Development Lifecycle including Release Management Testing and Deployment.
- Oracle certifications.
- Code version control experience (GIT, SVN etc.)
- Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery experience.
- Clear & confident technical communication skills.
Desirables:
- Oracle certifications.
- SOA and batch integration experience.
- Agile/ SCRUM certification.
