Better Health Network (BHN) is seeking a passionate Oral Health Therapist (Extended Scope) to join our dedicated Oral Health team.
Our team is committed to providing high-quality, holistic oral health care within a community-based public dental service. With over 800 staff across 22 locations, we work together to achieve exceptional health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality oral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver preventive strategies and directions for oral health
- Provide dental treatments within the scope of practice and focus on long-term health goals
- Participate in dental outreach programs, including pre-school and supported residential services
- Mentor junior team members and participate in supervision, team meetings, and audits
Requirements and attributes:
- Bachelor of Oral Health or Bachelor of Oral Health Science
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum of two years’ experience as an Oral Health Therapist (Extended Scope)
- Experience in pre-school, Smile Squad, and adult outreach programs
- Strong commitment to health promotion and health education
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills
