Job DetailsRole Title: Organisational Change Project ManagerLocation: Winchester (Hybrid)Contract: PermanentHours: Full time 37 hours per weekStarting salary: £40,950 to £44,394 per annum full time (Scale PO2)Closing Date: Sunday 28th April 2024 at 2359 hoursCould you be our next Organisational Change Project Manager?We are recruiting to an exciting role to work within our business improvement team to support, deliver change and improvement within our ongoing force projects.What do we need from you?We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and good communicator with the ability to work with a wide range of people building and maintaining long lasting relationships. You will also need to be innovative, bringing your sparkle to the challenge!Project management qualification (Prince 2, APMG, Scrum or similar) is required.Are you tempted?There is more, in addition to joining a fantastic business improvement team you will also receive ongoing personal development including on the job training, building or enhancing current skills.Our team is based in the heart of Winchester at Mottisfont Court which is easy to access by public transport with a train station nearby, plus the efficient park and ride service.
