Our OSHC services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.
Exciting opportunity exist for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Team Leader. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs, and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools, and the wider community.
Key Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager/OSHC Manager and other leadership staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the service.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service, including program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement program plans that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.

Our offer
- Permanent, part time (from 25 hours/week) or full-time appointments (37.5 hours/week).
- Salary of $66,610.31 to $68,625.25 p.a. (pro-rata for part-time), depending on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Broken shift allowance (where applicable).
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACEQA approved equivalent)
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning frameworks.
