Your Role:

  • Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
  • Infuse your passion into creating and delivering adjustments to the learning environment as needed for all children under your care.
  • Collaborate with the coordinator and educational leader to develop detailed documentation to support neuro divergent children’s inclusion within the OSHC environment.
  • Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fellow educators and families, fostering an inclusive community for our children.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Minimum two years of experience in inclusion support
  • Understanding of childcare industry practices and legislative requirements
  • Familiarity with National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place learning framework
  • Strong workplace communication skills
  • Proficient in documentation and record-keeping for inclusion support
