They pride themselves on helping to develop their staff within their profession, and on top of that, they are sitting with a Trustpilot score of 4.7 and excellent customer service reviews.What does the day to day look like?Support the business to develop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all IT & Strategic Development activity, including interactions via our telephony, written, email and digital channels.Work with IT/SD to review data to ensure that processes support good customer outcomes and that any potential for poor outcomes is identified and remediatedMaintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the motor finance industry, SMF products, processes, procedures and SMF scorecard updatesEnsure full compliance with internal policies, processes & procedures, referencing Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles & GDPR.What shifts would I be working?

• 35 hrs Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
