Oxfam is conducting an offer process within Iraq and invites your submission of an offer within their requirements for:
Repairing the scraper of Al Shuhada WTP under the CfW component of CDCS, Jalawla, Diyala governorate – CDCs project.
as per the conditions detailed in the attached RFQ, and BoQ.

The deadline for collecting offer is August, 25 2024 16:00 Iraqi Time
The deadline for submitting the offers is August, 26 2024 14:00 Iraqi Time
You are kindly requested to answer below points in the RFQ otherwise might be excluded:
- We appreciate suppliers/companies have experience & work in the same field of work.
- Providing sample with the offer submission is mandatory, Oxfam preserves the right not to consider offers without Samples (Picture, brand and origins).
- The contractor must visit the location and assess the damages need to be fixed- OXFAM has the right to cancel any item in the BoQ and not implement it.
- An authorized legal representative company document.
- Warranty duration and evidence of the warranty for all request items? If any.
- Duration of the implementation/delivery of the project/Items?
- can you work/deliver in the mentioned area of the project?
- Payment method (Bank Transfer, cheque or cash)? Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment by Oxfam.
- Validity of offer?
- Fill, Sign and stamp RFQ and BoQ.
- The priced offer must be in IQD.
- Offers will not be considered after the mentioned date and time.
- Oxfam preserve the right to accept and award the contract based on the criteria.
- Oxfam preserves the right does not award this contract to the lowest bidder.
- Please make sure you understand all the required specification in the BoQ before submitting your offer.
- Only the best offers will be contacted for meeting.
Offers must submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope with the RFQ Number RFQ-IQKLR-24-0051
Attached is RFQ and BoQ must be filled, signed and stamped.
OXFAM does not bind itself to award to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
