Offer Title: Supply & delivery of environmental cleaning kits for Muqdadiyah & Khanaqin hospitals in the Diyala governorate under the SDC project.

Oxfam is conducting an offer process within Iraq and invites your submission of an offer within their requirements for:

Supply & delivery of enviromental cleaning kits for Muqdadiyah & Khanaqin hospitals in the Diyala governorate under the SDC project.

as per the conditions detailed in the attached RFQ, BoQ and Distribution plan.

Offers must be submitted to the below address in sealed envelops filled up and signed with IQD:

The deadline for collecting offer is April, 21st 2024 16:00 Iraqi Time

The deadline for submitting the offers is April, 22nd 2024 14:00 Iraqi Time

You are kindly requested to answer below points in the RFQ otherwise might be excluded:

• We appreciate suppliers/companies have experience & work in the same field of work.
• An authorized legal representative company document.
• Warranty duration and evidence of the warranty for all request items? If any.
• Duration of the implementation/delivery of the project/Items?
• can you work/deliver in the mentioned area of the project?
• Payment method (Bank Transfer, cheque or cash)? Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment by Oxfam.
• Validity of offer?
• Fill, Sign and stamp RFQ, BoQ and Distribution Plan.
• The priced offer must be in IQD.

Offers must submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope with the RFQ Number RFQ-IQKLR-24-0026

Attached is RFQ, BoQ and Distribution Plan must be filled, signed and stamped.

OXFAM does not bind itself to award to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
