As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families. You’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic multidisciplinary Child Development Team to deliver innovative assessments, treatments, and interventions that enhance children’s functional outcomes and promote their active participation in everyday settings.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to children, focusing on family-centred practice and individualised goals.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy programs to address a range of needs, including motor skills, play, self-regulation, and executive function.
- Collaborate with families to establish goals and priorities, empowering them to manage their child’s needs effectively.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and promote best practice occupational therapy within the services.
About You
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in integrated health, allied health, or primary care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Current Victorian driver’s license.
