Paid Internship

Swift Nature Camp is offering a paid summer internship for enthusiastic, nature-loving young adults who want to make a real impact outdoors. As a Camp Counselor Intern at an Overnight Summer Camp, you’ll spend your summer immersed in the forests, lakes, and wildlife of the Northwoods, guiding children as they discover the wonder of the natural world. You’ll lead hands-on nature activities, teach outdoor skills, support environmental education programs, and model conservation values every day. This role is ideal for students studying biology, environmental science, conservation, education, or anyone who simply loves being outside and wants to help kids do the same.

This internship provides meaningful experience, professional development, and a chance to spend your summer where it truly matters—outside. Interns receive training, mentorship, housing, meals, and a competitive stipend, all while gaining valuable leadership skills and building a strong résumé in outdoor education and youth development.
