Our organisation is one of the UK’s leading independent logistics and freight operators,About the Role:As a Palletforce Transport Operator, you will play a crucial role in planning and allocating resources within the Pallet Network and our local transport fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact!Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate all Pallet Network consignments and customer collections to ensure optimal vehicle utilisation and profitability.

• Prepare vehicle and load manifests, alongside customer paperwork, for our dedicated drivers.

• Provide outstanding driver reception services, welcoming drivers and managing their vehicle allocations and manifests.

• Liaise with night trunk drivers to coordinate their arrivals and departures.

• Act as the main point of contact for drivers and other depots, addressing queries and complaints efficiently.

• Support the management of fleet headcount and utilisation, working closely with the Transport Manager.

• Be proactive in solving daily challenges and ready to respond to emergencies as needed.
