New opportunity for a part-qualified Auditor to join the sociable audit team of this reputable firm of Chartered Accountants and Advisers in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit assistant or senior looking to join a new team with a varied and interesting client portfolio.The firm has an impressive portfolio of charity and commercial clients, with a collaborative and social working environment offering flexible working hours. They have an excellent reputation for training and supporting auditors and accountants through their professional careers.As Audit Senior, you will be responsible for supporting your manager with planning, carrying out and completing audits for a portfolio of clients. You will at as key point of contact on client sites, reporting any issues or queries to management and ensuring you represent the firm in a professional manner. You will work towards building your commercial acumen and technical knowledge whilst working towards professional qualification. You will also act as a role model and provide assistance to junior members of the audit team.Ideally you will be part-qualified CA/ACCA with around 2 years’ experience of UK external audit. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. Overall you will be a motivated team-player and driven to progress in your career.Competitive salary offered dependent on experience and in-line with market rates + study support + benefits.
