Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Montreal office located in the vibrant Mile End neighborhood. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, grow professionally, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will work 12 hours per week at the office, and provide support across various functions including finance, marketing, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Process and audit client payments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Email monthly account statements to clients.
- Call customers to gather necessary information.
- Research and order marketing materials as needed.
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns and assist with new client onboarding processes.
- Take ownership of additional projects aligned with your interests and strengths.
Qualifications
- Available to start immediately and work in our office at 5455 De Gaspe Ave., Suite 710 during business hours (Monday to Friday, between 9:30am-7 pm).
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office management experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt and learn new platforms quickly.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and balance part-time work with other commitments.
