Broadsword, our VIP charter air service, offer unparalleled bespoke and personalised air travel solutions.2Excel Broadsword are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to work within the Charter and Cabin Service Delivery Team, planning the catering and service delivery elements of all Boeing 737 VIP Private Charter Flights. The role is ideally suited to someone passionate about service delivery, who enjoys working as part of a team to continually exceed client expectations. The Inflight Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for organising all inflight catering, in addition to bespoke client service delivery requests for our VIP private charter operation. This includes sourcing and communicating with external catering suppliers; liaising with brokers and clients to ascertain the desired service level and communicating all elements of service delivery to the operating crew.The ideal candidate should be:

• Flexible, adaptable and able to work well within a fast paced and ever-changing planning environment.
• Be highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with external providers and VIP clients to build and maintain important working relationships.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work autonomously as well as be an effective team player with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
• Be able to plan the most efficient and cost-effective location with which to load and unload catering, whilst simultaneously ensuring the correct aircraft has all the items requested from the client, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Creative with a desire to succeed and continuously improve 2Excel Broadsword’s service delivery offering.
• Demonstrate IT proficiency, with good knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Desirable Experience

• An ex-cabin crew member with experience in operating charter flights OR experience within a charter flight planning environment. This is not essential as full training will be given. Those without previous experience will still be considered, but must have a strong work ethic with an excellent capability to retain information.
