About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Participant Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Participant Experience Team and Waverley’s participants, contributing the to a seamless and positive experience for Waverley’s current and prospective participants,

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Support the participant onboarding process as well as ongoing participant record management.
  • Administration and collection of all necessary documentation, including service agreements, certificates, and support plans, to maintain a safe and compliant supported employment environment.
  • Work closely with the Experience Team to monitor and enhance job satisfaction among supported employees (NDIS Participants), ensuring a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
  • Supporting the experience team with administrative tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and demonstrated capacity to act independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Understanding of the NDIS and supported employment frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Not-for-profit, NDIS environments.
