What you can expectThe ideal Partner SE is passionate about our Cloud Meeting vision and can act as the partner’s trusted advisor, technical consultant, and have exceptional experience in PBX/telephony systems. This individual will work with Partners to help create the customer’s true UCaaS platform, especially Zoom Phone.Responsibilities:Maintain and build strong relationships with the Partner’s Pre-sales teamAct as the technical go to person for Zoom and our PartnersProvide technical expertise to support and onboard partners in technical proficiency with the Zoom PlatformEnable our partners in the new way of selling, implementing, and managing the Zoom UCaaS platform.Work closely with the Zoom CAMs, and Pre-sales team to update and share the partner technical enablement strategyWork with partners’ technical teams in opportunities and projects; complement their skill and help assure high quality customer deliverableParticipate in key partner technical escalation and provide appropriate assistance to expedite resolution for both Partners and customersDrive partners to utilize Zoom technology internallyWhat we’re looking for

• 7+ years experience in a customer/partner focused sales/engineering role
• 7+ years of experience in the unified communications industry
• Fluent written and oral communication in English
• Deep understanding of UCAS
• Experience working in VoIP and BYOC and Cloud based call systems environment
• Experience supporting telecommunications, networking or Software-as-a-Service products
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills, perseverance and patience
• Experienced in Training on technical solutions
• Knowledge of networking and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, etc.
• Experience with one or more UCaaS vendors such as Mirosoft, Cisco, RingCentral is a plus
• Ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers – executives, end-users, developers
• Flexible and able to perform in a high growth environment
