We are inviting applications for the following vacancy.

1. Position: Business Development Associate

Area of Expertise: Design and Development of concept notes, Documentation, Project Proposals, Bid documents, Presentations, Report writing etc. Preparation of analytical reports/ monthly/ quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Annual reports, Project Management, Monitoring of ongoing project activities and training.

Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate degree in relevant field/ Social Sciences/MBA with preferable 5 years of experience as per the area of expertise preferably in rural sector projects for community development and water and sanitation programs. Good writing & Communication skills with command over English and Hindi Language. Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Word and Excel. Fresher’s from rural sector institute of reputes may also be considered for the said position.

Roles and Key Responsibilities :
• Project guidance & direction for implementation of the program
• Quality Control & Assurance
• Coordination with National/ State/ District offices
• Project guidance & direction for implementation of the program;
• Program Management
• Regular reviews & reporting to the client
• Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
• Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with other businesses or organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
• Create business development plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Set realistic targets and KPIs to measure progress and success.
• Present business plans to senior management for approval and support.
• Develop pricing strategies and proposals to win new business.
• Explore new markets and territories for business expansion.
• Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Use data and insights to make informed decisions and refine business development strategies.
• Adapt strategies and approaches based on feedback and results to drive continuous improvement.
