The UNICEF Seoul Liaison Office is part of UNICEF’s Public Partnerships Division, responsible for strengthening partnerships and relationship management with the Government of the Republic of Korea. The office works closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the Korean Parliamentarian Friends of UNICEF, the Korean Committee for UNICEF, among other bodies.
The purpose of the PPD Seoul office is to strengthen UNICEF’s partnership with the Government of the Republic of Korea, with a view to doubling financial support to UNICEF from $50 million annually to $100 million, to strengthen joint advocacy with the Government, and to increase technical collaborations with Korean experts, civil society and private sector?
The Partnerships and Programme Associate will provide critical capacity support to the Partnerships portfolio of the office. This includes undertaking strategic partnership engagement tasks, supporting the full scope of grants management functions, and ensuring that the office is well placed to capitalize on new partnership opportunities with the Korean Government.

Under the supervision of the Public Partnership Manager, performs a range of supporting tasks for resource mobilization, including the contribution management, responding to donor queries, information gathering and processing, preparation of information support materials, monitoring, technical and administrative services.

Remarks:
