Our innovative Healthy Harold program reaches children across Australia via mobile learning centres (vans), pop-up classrooms, in-class delivery, and virtual lessons. We focus on imparting crucial health, safety, and wellbeing skills early in childhood to foster long-term positive impacts on their lives. Aligned with the Australian curriculum and supported by robust research, our initiatives are delivered by a team of over 130 education specialists.
Position Summary
As the National Partnerships Manager, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the acquisition, management, and retention of Life Ed’s national partnerships. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will develop strategic partnership plans and drive revenue generation to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnership approaches in alignment with Life Ed’s goals.
- Manage current partnerships, ensuring contract deliverables and reporting obligations are met.
- Drive revenue generation to support the Life Ed Thrive Children’s Fund.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute partnership campaigns effectively.
- Identify and cultivate prospective partners, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Create partnership proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Life Ed Network and support broader fundraising initiatives.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for Life Ed, advocating our mission effectively.
- Ensure compliance with partnership-related policies and procedures.
- Provide regular partnership reporting and updates to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
- Demonstrated success in business development, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills at an executive level.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively within budgetary constraints and tight deadlines.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Certification and History Requirements
Candidates must provide a current Working with Children Check prior to employment, in line with our commitment to child safety and protection standards.
