Salary: £36,500 + £3,000 SCPlatinum Recruitment is working with one of Scotland’s most beautiful castle hotels and we have an opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team.What’s in it for you?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a very exciting time for the hotel in Scotland. You will work closely with the Pastry Chef to always deliver consistent 3 AA Rosette level food.Package

What we’re looking for:To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge and ability to work well with a mentor. The Pastry team consists of you and a senior Pastry Chef who has a wealth of knowledge to pass on.3 AA Rosette, Michelin or 5 star hotel experience would be ideal for this position.What’s involved?You will work in a small team to create 3 AA Rosette level dishes for the restaurant and afternoon tea.
