Summary of Job Duties:
The Patient Services Associate (PSA) is a specifically trained member of the unit-based care team who provides both clerical and patient care support to the Patient Management Team. The Patient Services Associate works under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse or other licensed/certified health care disciplines on the unit and performs tasks and duties for which they possess the competency that do not require a licensed practitioner, professional judgment or intervention.

• High School Diploma plus 1 year of patient care in a health care setting.

Employees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment to include N95 masks, Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR).

Salary Information:

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
