Payroll Officer

We are recruiting for: Our client, an international company in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the preparations necessary for the correct calculation of salaries and advances
• Preparation and checking of payroll
• Checking time sheets
• Ensuring that all employee data is correctly entered into the system
• Monitoring employee registrations for illnesses, vacation requests, overtime, accidents at work, etc.
• Submitting declarations to government bodies
• Entering new employees and all related documents into the system
• Registering the conducted training courses
• Organizing medical examinations
• Contacting temporary employment agencies
• Preparing reports for the human resources manager, finance manager and all departments involved

Requirements:

• University degree
• Very good knowledge of Dutch (min. C1), good knowledge of English (min. b1)
• Basic education in social law
• Experience on a similar position (2-3 years)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
• People orientation
