Pay Rate to Intermediary: £17.35 per hourSpinwell is recruiting for a Payroll Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Payroll OfficerPayroll duties within delivery team for the monthly payroll including updating HR salary records, dealing with payroll queries. Checking, monitoring and actioning pension information from the system. Directly accountable for processing information onto the system and ensuring that necessary actions are taken. Identify and investigate any anomalies and ensure pension queries are promptly resolved. Provide service in accordance with agreed working practicesSKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE Payroll Officer
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Good organisational skills as may have conflicting deadlines
- Previous payroll/pension knowledge would be beneficial
