The DC Pensions Projects Team Leader will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of pension projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and providing technical guidance to ensure project objectives are met. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading pensions consultancy.Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise delivery of pension projects
• Scope and plan future project needs and resources
• Provide technical oversight for complex requirements
• Implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of project administrators
• Attend trustee/client meetings and new business presentations

Requirements

• Experience with occupational DC pension schemes and/or DC Master Trusts. SIPP background will also be considered
• Leadership or management experience in the pensions industry
• Pension projects experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong understanding of pensions administration delivery streams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
