The DC Pensions Projects Team Leader will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of pension projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and providing technical guidance to ensure project objectives are met. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading pensions consultancy.Responsibilities

Lead and prioritise delivery of pension projects
Scope and plan future project needs and resources
Provide technical oversight for complex requirements
Implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and mentor a team of project administrators
Attend trustee/client meetings and new business presentations

Requirements

Experience with occupational DC pension schemes and/or DC Master Trusts. SIPP background will also be considered
Leadership or management experience in the pensions industry
Pension projects experience would be beneficial but not essential
Strong understanding of pensions administration delivery streams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
