As a People Analyst, you will join our collaborative People team and play a key role in providing the People Partners, People Director and internal stakeholders with people data and analysis.This role will focus on managing, analysing and interpreting employee data to support decision making and, in the end, improve employee experience. As the Super-user of our HR system, you will ensure that processes are simplified and automated where possible. You will also support various learning and development initiatives such as onboarding and training sessions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analysis, excellent written communication skills, and a keen interest in people.You will directly report into the People Director. This is a hybrid role, minimum 2 days a week either in London or Sandwich.All the responsibilities we will trust you with:People Operations (75%):
- Act as a key point of contact for the business on queries relating to workplace policies and processes
- Support the People Partners and the People Director in managing the total reward cycle (pay, benchmarking, shares, bonus, benefits) and the review cycle
- Ensure our training and benefits platforms are correctly updated
- Generate actionable insights from HR data sets, including engagement surveys, onboarding / offboarding surveys, turnover and performance evaluations
- Serve as the super-user of the HR system (Hibob), setting it up to drive automation
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HRIS and shared drives
- Track and report data such as new joiners, leavers, volunteering and absence
- Support the development and implementation of successful employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage payroll
Culture & Development (20%):
- Supporting the development and delivery of training initiatives, such as review training
- Arrange team events and cultural initiatives
- Assisting with coordinating and tracking learning and volunteering initiatives
Office Management (5%):
- Act as a first point of contact for the London team, to ensure our office spaces create a positive and welcoming environment
- Keep the office well stocked with necessary supplies, including fruit, soft drinks, and IT equipment
Requirements
- Experience with HR systems and engagement surveys
- Analytical Mindset: Use data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Experience analysing data in Excel and presenting it in PowerPoint (or similar) as well as a willingness to learn and work with new technology systems.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
