As a key success factor to successful transformation and clients realizing business benefits, Change Management supports projects and programs, whether simple transitions, more complex transformations, or implementation of new Operating Models within countries and globally.
We often drive the key business relationships, focusing on business benefits and the challenges of making the change happen through people’s transition. Typically, we work as multi-disciplinary teams, often working with clients. This includes working at some of the most senior levels within an organization, often mentoring clients at C-level on what they need to do to deliver change. We have presence, passion, and impact.We are looking for experienced candidates with demonstrable experience across all industries sectors in delivering change management. We have several exciting, client facing roles for individuals with demonstrable experience delivering change programs.This Role includes:
 Consulting Delivery – Manage complex change management workstreams and initiatives. Apply your expertise to guide clients through organizational transformations and become a trusted advisor.
 Thought Leadership – Contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our change management capabilities. Help position our practice as an innovative leader.
 Practice Leadership – Support the growth of our change management practice by contributing to methodology development, knowledge sharing, and expanding our talent pipeline.
 Business Development – Utilize your change management knowledge to support sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations to new clients.
 Project Leadership – Lead integrated project teams to deliver change management components across transformations effectively.Responsibilities:
1. Lead change management workstreams within broader consulting engagements and enterprise transformations.
2. Apply expertise to help clients develop strategies for change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption.
3. Contribute to practice development initiatives around methodologies, tools, and emerging change techniques.
4. Support recruiting and development of top change management consultants within our practice.
5. Contribute change expertise and insights to pursue new client opportunities and strengthen proposals.
6. Foster an empathetic, collaborative culture focused on inclusion and human- centered change.
7. Participate in enterprise initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
8. Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion tenets into change management delivery.
9. Encourage adoption of the practice’s methodologies, tools, and technologies across Genpact.
10. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to build capabilities.Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
 Relevant year of experience delivering change management initiatives within large-scale transformations.
 Consulting experience with a focus on organizational change and transformation programs.
 Passion for human-centered approaches grounded in empathy and inclusivity.
 Demonstrated ability to build effective client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
 Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership abilities.
 Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
